Jumped in and helped our friends at Complete Property Services out on this one. With everything but a bricklayer on there books we jumped in and got the brick and block work done for them on a price and passed back over to them to crack on with the rest in just 5 days walling!!!!! Bottom half red engineering brick , top half everything above the blue engineering brick will be finished off in render by the lads!! In and out! If you or your company needs a helping hand with any brickwork we do not mind coming and doing it for you on a price feel free to drop us a message 😁😁 🧱

Sometimes bricklayer sometimes Leeds city centre roof top terrace installer 🤷🏻‍♂️👀👀 we have been fairly quite recently on our socials due to our demanding work load so here is one of the jobs we’ve recently been on with. The steels was lifted into position levelled up and welded together (by looking at the shear size of the steels you can see this was a Job in itself) a 10x3 timber wall plate was then fitted been drilled and chemical bolted. We then sat 10x3 timbers on joist hangers at 300mm centres. A handrail was then fabricated around the perimeter for safety this was done by CRAMPTONS fabrications. This was then double boarded. Timber purlins with a fall of 4 inch to 2 inch was then fitted (this is for the fall for rain water ect this was then boarded with tounge and groove OSB board. A fibre glass resign seal was then installed ( by HITECK ROOFING) to make this a waterproof seal. Timber purlins with a 4 inch to 2 inch fall was then installed but in the reverse direction to now level this back up this was installed as a floating deck so it did not damage the resign seal. The final timber boarded finish was then installed 😍😍😍😍 the results speak for them!! and just like that's you have a roof top terrace 👀😍😍 we are just on with fitting a new floor ect below this for a toilet area keep your eyes peeled for more exiting progress pictures 😆😆

Good to finally get the second part of this monster over the line last week after a hold up on the bricks! Saying that there was over 20,000 in it 👀👀👀 beautiful addition to this soon to be completed barn conversion. Another excellent job completed by our team get in touch for any 🧱related work!! 😁😁😁
