This Week is Mental Health Awareness week, and to support this would like to Highlight on "Kindness Economy" for the Woodchurch Estate -(https://www.ted.com/talks/mary_portas_welcome_to_the_kindness_economy). Kindness Starts with GIVING (time, advice, care, smiles friendship, belonging, conversation, Support), Selflessly for the good of others. this creates a feeling of wellbeing of doing something good, This then becomes contagious and circulates to each other as We GIVE and then feel appreciative to RECIEVE when we need it. We seek to support each others needs, rather than own gains at others expense. This is the Base of ALL projects ethos, and we believe with active practice and promotion of this simple ethos "what goes around.....this is sustainable, well into a more positive future.
