A little job for a returning landlord.

His tenant came home Saturday evening to find this cupboard on the kitchen floor.

Unfortunately being bank holiday we couldn’t get there as quick as normal, but we got the job done eventually.

We had a phone call to come and box in some pipe work for a rental that’s ready to go on the market, as always we were there and got it done.

Another one we done for a returning landlord

This building was suffering from damp issues on the top floor front and rear.

We went in and removed the first 4 courses of old slate, battens and felt.

Reinstated all new felt, battern and slates along with new Facias, soffits and gutters, we even created an add on to catch the water from the mullions to make sure there isn’t any excessive water pe*******on to the building.

Problem solved 👌🏼✅

Again we, measured, supplied and installed.

We know, we haven’t really been active on socials for a while now, but we have been busy in the back ground, mainly on projects we can’t show off, but guess what? WE ARE BACK! 😏

Last week we finished off a little outbuilding renovation for returning customers Laura and Shaun!

We started this the beginning of the month then came away for a little while to allow the electricians time to wire it up ready for us to return and finish.

Works consisted of:

Removal of interior
Removal of door
Removal and disposal of all waste
Installation of a new patio door
Tanked all walls that needed
Installation of studs to allow insulation board
Fully plasterboarded & plastered

We take care of everything from start to finish.
Measured ✅
Supplied ✅
Installed ✅

This week we dropped in a new patio for a lovely little family so they can utilize their garden this summer.

Thank you to Beth and Jake for their hospitality this last couple of days.

What a transformation in just under 5days!
