The month of July 2026 was a busy one. £2,000,000 investment on 4 additional mobile cranes with immediate arrival, strengthening our fleet nationwide.

🦎Ziggy The Wire Cranes Office Pet 🦎

Meet the newest addition to the Wire Cranes and Lifting Ltd team, Ziggy the Panther Chameleon.

We reckon he fits right in. In this industry you have to adapt fast, read every site different and change your approach on the fly, exactly what a chameleon does best. We always say “you have to act like a chameleon” to succeed in this game.

Ziggy’s settled into the office nicely and even had a go on one of our model crane jibs for his first photoshoot.

Over the past 12 months we have continued to grow and invest, including successfully moving into our new larger Head Depot location, allowing us to offer further continuous growth and serve our clients even better.

🏗️💪 Our LTM1090-4.1 working on Half Fly Jib with a 20° offset for a much valued client on a long term project.

This was a technical challenge from the start, but our Technical Team planned it to a tee, and our contract lifting team are delivering it perfectly on site.
