Every product we receive undergoes a thorough inspection in accordance with ERAI recommended guidelines.

Using our EVO Cam II digital microscopes and Mantis Elite stereo microscope, supplied by Vision Engineering, we carefully examine components to identify any potential flaws or inconsistencies.

Surface finishes and markings are checked for consistency across each lot, with markings referenced against datasheets to verify that the correct components have been received.

We also carry out permanency marking and black top testing to help identify components that may have been remarked or resurfaced.

It’s all part of our commitment to quality, authenticity and reliability.
