- Removal of all internal Walls
- Steels fitted to Structual Drawing Specifications
- Plaster-boarded and Insulated Walls, Ceiling, Plastered and Painted throughout
- Leveling of floor finished with Howdens High Traffic Loft Oak Laminate
- Fitting of Kitchen to Customer Specification
- Under-stair Toilet (Macerator) fitted
- Bespoke Door built to match Kitchen Units
- All Plumbing and Electrical work completed as required - Additional switches, sockets and floor sockets added
- New Boiler and Electric Board fitted
- All wiring removed and changed to meet current specifications
- Building Control compliance followed and signed off

This allowing the customer to freely move throughout their home and make use of the large open space
