Footing dug and ready to be poured for Monday! another hoop we’ve had to jump through is using the hit and miss technique not to disturb the neighbours property, we love it! Brickwork coming soon 🧱

Made great progress yesterday against all odds! We cannot use percussive tools to brake the concrete due to the neighbours party wall agreement!! So are having to cut in to small squares and pull up with machine,we jump through any hoop!

Demolition of the old garage! Then a 7m x 4m studio and garage to be rebuilt,along with landscaping,garden walls and patios!!
