➡️ The Role:
As our Health and Safety Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation’s health and safety framework, ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations and industry best practices. A critical part of this role involves overseeing asbestos management processes, risk assessments, and control procedures across multiple sites.

➡️ Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Develop, implement, and review HSE policies and procedures.
▪️ Lead on asbestos management planning, audits, and control measures.
▪️ Ensure compliance with Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and other relevant legislation.
▪️ Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety inspections.
▪️ Deliver health and safety training across teams and promote a proactive safety culture.
▪️ Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage internal/external audits.
Provide expert advice to operational teams and senior management.

➡️ What We’re Looking For:
▪️ NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health and Safety.
▪️ BOHS P402 (or higher e.g. P405) or relevant asbestos qualifications essential.
▪️ Proven experience in a senior HSE role, ideally within [insert relevant industry].
▪️ In-depth knowledge of UK H&S legislation, especially asbestos-related compliance.
▪️ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
▪️ Full UK driving licence (travel to multiple sites will be required).
