Rosie Glow is still helping the whooooole world with their gas, oil, lpg and other plumbing/heating needs!
Please read below carefully. You do not need to suffer in silence! I will still come to those in need:
I will ask on first contact (text/call/email) if you or the person you are calling on behalf of are self isolating, or if anyone in the property has an illness.
If the answer to these questions are yes, I will ask if it is an ABSOLUTE EMERGENCY, if the answer is still yes, you must garuntee that the person in isolation or with an illness is separated for the entirety of my visit ie. shut in a room that I will not be working in or passing through. After getting as much detail as possible about the emergency via phone call, I will do my upmost to explain which controls or rooms I will need access to eg. loft, kitchen, room thermostat, airing cupboard.
If the person is you, I will call when I arrive and you can leave the door open or on the latch then go to a separate room and shut the door (note: I WILL NOT enter any room with the door closed without knocking first) and via phone call you can guide me to the problem in question. Then I will call again when I have left the house and inform you what the next steps are.
What am I doing to protect myself and you?
I will wear fresh gloves on arrival to every customer and change them regularly as well as using hand sanatizer! I will wear a clean pair of shoe covers to every property and clean down all surfaces after I have completed my work.
If you are self isolating and heating or hot water isn't working, there is always a way around it! Don't suffer in silence! 🥰❤️
