What started as an uneven, tired garden has been completely transformed into a modern, low-maintenance outdoor space for our client to enjoy all year round.

This project involved extensive excavation and groundwork to completely reshape the garden and create a split-level design.

Another landscaping project completed by Mitre Construction 🌿🏡

This garden had nearly a 1 metre height difference from top to bottom, so the aim was to create a more practical, level and usable outdoor space while keeping a clean modern finish.

Here’s what we carried out:

✅ Reduced dig to the lower section of the garden
✅ Installed a sleeper retaining wall
✅ Split levelled the garden
✅ Raised and levelled the upper section by 300mm
✅ Full ground preparation completed on both tiers
✅ Porcelain patio installed top & bottom
✅ Installed 3 new sleeper planters
✅ Installed new turf on the top section

The end result is a much more functional and low-maintenance garden with a modern finish throughout.

Nearly forgot to upload this one!😳

On this one the team installed a fresh artificial grass area, starting with reduced dig and muck away, followed by a solid Type 1 base. We then laid two courses of slabs, added a sleek charcoal brick border, and finished it off with a 40mm thick premium artificial grass for that perfect year-round look 🌿

Low maintenance, clean, and built to last – a great upgrade for any outdoor space!
