Nice shot of a recently delivered helically wound HDPE tank at a site in Oxfordshire. All part of an upgrade to a clean drinking water facility, this 25,000 litre tank will hold potable water. Helix Tanks, now making serious waves in the water industry.

We like to sell tanks but that sometimes means getting rid of the previous "end of life" vessel first. We now offer a complete decommissioning service, which includes recycling of the old tank segments in an environmentally friendly way.

Nice project leaving our works this morning destined for a water treatment works in the West Country. Multi-chamber seperator with vee-notch weir and large diameter bottom outlets. Designed to take undesirable solids out of treated water going back into the rivers. At Moor Fabs pretty much everything we fabricate in plastic is for the benefit of the environment or to protect mankind.

At Moor Fabs, we run four vans of differing sizes but it's clear that everyone's favourite is the VW Caddy. Seven years old and 110,000 miles on the clock, it's more than a reliable workhorse. Not only does it look great, with the oversize Moor Fabs wackaging but it's a sporty drive too. Foremost for management though is it's long range, when engineers are making those site visits all over. 😉

Recently completed pump skid for another slurry concentrator heading to the livestock farming sector. Reducing farm slurry solids entering the water system.
Chris, Tim and Neil put a shift in to get this one out on time.
If we can get these installed at a rate of knots over the next few years, then all the rivers in the UK will be safe for wild swimming 🏊‍♂️ 👌😇

We are hiring! Due to a sustained upsurge in our order book, plus internal promotions and reorganisation, we now have a number of vacant positions to be filled.

1) We are looking for an experienced programmer/operator for our CNC router. This role is central to our production process, as it feeds our skilled fabricators with cut parts to complete their individual projects.

2) We are always on the lookout for talented thermoplastic fabricators, especially if they have site-work experience. Those with related skills/experience will always be considered. A "can-do" attitude is essential.

3) We are looking for a van driver to do deliveries to our customers in the southern half of the country. The role will also involve taking materials for recycling to a partner company in Wiltshire. We have 3 vans plus the flatbed Sprinter shown. There will also be storeman/stock control duties. This is a a full time role that needs to be urgently filled. A clean driving licence is a must.
