Brand new everything pretty much ,she’s over the moon and I’m not surprised it nearly broke me . Not one existing wall ,floor or ceiling was straight or level or falling apart 🤦‍♂️

Old bay windows by far the not the best fit draughty no insulation and not even supporting the roof or floor shocking !!!!’
Obviously total rip out of the whole front new supporting timbers and mid bay section replaced and insulated to regs .

New back and knees required after this one 🫣
