Experienced Tiler/s Required for Immediate Start
📍 Location: Birmingham & Enfield initially, with potential coverage nationally across England and Wales – accommodation provided
Employment Type: Self‑employed (CIS)
Salary / Rate: Competitive rate, dependent on experience and specification
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Tiler to join our team for upcoming and ongoing commercial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality wall and floor tiling across residential and/or commercial sites, working to agreed specifications and deadlines.
This role would suit an experienced tiler who takes pride in their workmanship and can work independently or as part of a wider site team.
👷‍♂️ Key Responsibilities
Preparing surfaces for tiling, including levelling and waterproofing where required
Installing wall and floor tiles (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, etc.)
Measuring and cutting tiles accurately using hand and power tools
Laying tiles to plans, patterns and specifications
Grouting, sealing and finishing to a high standard
Ensuring work areas are kept clean and tidy
Working safely and in line with site health & safety requirements
Coordinating with site managers and other trades when needed
Completing work within agreed timescales
👷‍♂️ Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a professional tiler
Strong attention to detail and high standards of finish
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good understanding of materials, tools and tiling techniques
Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
Strong problem‑solving skills on site
Essential Requirements
âś… Valid CSCS card
âś… Own tools
âś… Right to work in the UK
âś… Ability to travel to site(s) and own transport
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience on both domestic and commercial projects
