Very interesting visit to site last Friday to observe and assist with the air testing process with my associate Paul of Airleaks UK. Its always good to see other trades at work to gain more understanding of the build process as a whole.

It's been a very varied few weeks including...new builds, conversions, beautiful listed buildings, calculating renewables contributions and assessing design stage projects yet to be built! Always such a pleasure to be involved, I thoroughly enjoy what I do.

I'd be lost without my laser measure! This morning it took a bit of a hunt to locate it but it will be coming with me to my first site visit of the year. As a SAP Assessor quite often most projects are plan based so it's always great when I get an opportunity to visit sites and see construction progress in person.
