After completing a major extension and alterations for these clients in Winterton, we were delighted to return and build this new boundary wall, finished with brick pillars, coping stones and low-maintenance UPVC fencing.

A dormer loft conversion completed in Winterton.

Transforming an unused loft into a spacious master bedroom, en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, complete with a new staircase connecting the existing first floor to the new living space.

From the initial structural alterations through to the finished build, the entire project was designed, managed and built by one team. Working closely with the homeowners, we also helped develop the overall design of the conversion, refining the layout, staircase position and practical details to create a space that made the most of the available roof space.

A completed extension and external works project.

This build included a new extension with full roof construction and a fitted skylight, alongside a garage built to blend seamlessly with the existing property.

Curved garden walls were formed around the extension, leading into a raised curved patio finished in Indian sandstone to shape the outdoor space.

All brickwork was completed using reclaimed bricks to ensure a consistent and characterful finish across the build.

Additional works were also carried out throughout the property, delivering a complete project from start to finish.

A completed extension project in Scunthorpe.

Delivered from the ground up, this build involved everything from initial excavation and foundations through to full construction and internal completion.

Structural steelwork was installed to support the new opening, alongside a flat parapet roof with a fitted skylight to bring natural light into the space.

The project was carried through to completion with all internal works and kitchen installation, delivering a clean, practical extension that integrates seamlessly with the existing property.

A completed structural renovation project in Scunthorpe.

This build involved extensive internal alterations, including the installation of 13 structural steel beams to completely reconfigure the layout of the property.

Existing outhouses and external toilet rooms were incorporated into the main house, with major structural works required to safely open up and reshape the internal space. The exterior was then freshly rendered to complete the transformation.

Beyond the structural stage, we carried the project through dry lining, plastering, internal joinery, kitchen installation, and finishing works — delivering the full package from structure to final detail.

As with many complex renovations, certain structural elements required reassessment on site. We identified the issues early, worked directly with the structural engineer, and implemented practical solutions to ensure the works were carried out correctly and safely.
