Another project well underway at Ysgol John Bright 👷

With all education projects, timing is key. It’s essential that work is completed before the end of the summer holidays, ready for the new school term 📚

This project involves patch repairs to one elevation, while the other is being fully stripped and re-rendered. This will give the client a side-by-side comparison before making a decision on the rendering approach for the rest of the school.

Paragon Facilities Management. Keeping Properties Safe & Compliant.

On top of our usual scheduled maintenance at Farnborough Centre for Health Parogon are proud to announce we have just been instructed to upgrade the existing lift at this site.

These works are essential to ensure the lift remains fit for purpose & compliant to current legislation.

With thousands of patients in and out on a yearly basis it is important that the building can continue to operate, while minimising disruption during these works.

Works are underway at Amersham Health Centre! Parogon has secured another NHS project, transforming staff facility rooms with a full internal refurbishment.

Progress is well underway at Parogon 👏

We’re currently delivering a full strip out and fit out across two floors of premium West End office space, transforming it into a state-of-the-art private health clinic in the heart of London.

The project includes new reception areas, nurse bases, patient pods, laboratories, consultant suites and treatment rooms — all finished to an exceptional “Mayfair hotel” standard, with high-end services and bespoke joinery throughout.

Now 26 weeks into a 45-week programme and just past the halfway mark, we’re preparing for the next phase as high-level services are completed ahead of ceilings, flooring and final finishes being installed.

🚧 Another new NHS site secured for Parogon! 🚧
We’re proud to announce our latest healthcare project at Heathfield Community Health Centre in East Sussex- a vital local hub delivering outpatient, community nursing and therapy services to residents across the area.

Parogon has been appointed to carry out a complete overhaul and refurbishment of the existing underfloor heating system and plant room, helping futureproof the facility so it can continue supporting the community for years to come.

The centre plays a key role in local healthcare provision, hosting:
🏥 Community & district nursing services
🩺 Outpatient clinics and therapy services
🤝 Essential NHS support for local residents

Parogon Contracts Limited are proud to have been awarded a new NHS project in East Sussex. 🏥

Newhaven Polyclinic provides a range of important services including physiotherapy, podiatry, stroke rehabilitation, bladder and bowel services, multiple sclerosis services, Parkinson’s services, diabetes services, consultation rooms, and staff offices.

Our works will include roofing, damp proofing, drainage, landscaping & groundworks, decoration, and flooring improvements to help resolve ongoing water ingress and damp issues within the building.

We’re looking forward to starting on site in mid-June and will keep you updated throughout the project 👷

After our huge success at Southampton FC, we’re excited to be taking our expertise overseas with a brand-new project for a LaLiga club⚽️

Now under construction, this sports and leisure environment has been re-designed to create a premium experience that goes beyond the game, blending hospitality, atmosphere and fan experience into one dynamic space.

Health Centre Refurbishments

Parogon has successfully completed general refurbishment works across three health centres in the South West region.

To minimise disruption to essential services, the majority of works were carried out of normal operating hours.

Across the three sites, the scope of works included the installation of partitions and doors, as well as decorations, flooring, lighting, and air-conditioning upgrades.

We look forward to continuing to support projects across the South West region in the coming months.
