A missed appointment is easy to label as a “customer problem.”
But for service-based businesses, it is also worth looking at what happens between the moment someone books and the moment they're expected to arrive.
That is where I like to look at the process.
Is the customer journey clear? Is the right information being sent? Can someone easily reschedule if their plans change? And most importantly, does all of this still happen when you and your team are busy?
Good admin systems aren't about sending customers endless messages. They're about making the routine parts of running your business more reliable, without you having to remember every little task yourself.
This is what I mean by Admin Relief — finding the small admin gaps that create unnecessary work, lost time and sometimes lost income.
If you run a service-based business and want to see where those gaps may be hiding, you can take my Admin Relief Audit through the link on my page.
