Back at one of our recently completed design & build projects in Worthing, and despite the bad weather we think it’s looking great with that lush green grass thanks to all this rain! 😂🌧😍🪴
This extension created a huge amount more space for the homeowners, more than doubling the original footprint of the house to provide them with a large open plan living-dining area linked through to a new kitchen area.
The exterior of the extension was finished in a thin coat silicone-based through colour render system from , with a big ol’ 100sqm GRP flat roof over.
Inside, we built and fitted-out 2 new bathrooms from , installed a wet underfloor heating system from , and finished the floors with engineered oak wood from . We installed a new kitchen and worktops in the newly formed kitchen, and finished the walls and ceilings with some very(!) colourful and paints.
We carried out all soft and hard landscaping too as part of the project scope, including paving, concrete base for a future conservatory, new lawn, fencing and sheds.
