Celebrating 13 years of working friendship!
One of the pleasures of our work is the enduring friendships and working relationships we form. This is especially true of Phil Connolly and Marcus Reynolds of PCMR Developments.
When we were appointed as a Kingspan TEK delivery partner in 2012, they were among our first clients, and we have delivered several very different projects for them.
The latest case study (which prompted this article) is this beautiful extension creating a new home in the centre of Salisbury as part of a mixed development with a retail premises facing the street.
Other extensions and historic renovations include:
- A Self-supporting ‘SIPs wrap’ to a renovated and extended barn in Whiteparish
- Additional floors to a Victorian laundry warehouse, converting it to a single-family home in Salisbury
New build developments include:
- A luxury development of 5 new townhouses in the centre of Farnham
- A stunning pair of 4-bedroom houses near Salisbury, that look like a barn conversion; however, they are new, purpose-built, highly efficient new homes.
- A new family home in Gomeldon – where it all started!
PCMR are great fun to work with and have brought us an eclectic selection of projects… …here’s to the next 13 years!
