If your Defender feels a little loose, wanders on the road or just doesn’t feel as tight and controlled as it used to, tired suspension bushes could be part of the problem.

Our Front & Rear Radius Arms & Panhard Rod Bush Kit is designed for Land Rover Defender 90 and 110 models from 2002–2016, replacing the original rubber bushes with durable Polybush polyurethane bushes.

So, what difference can they actually make?

With firmer bushes, there’s less unwanted movement and flex in the suspension. This can give your Defender a more positive feel through corners, improve steering response and help the vehicle feel more stable and controlled, particularly when towing, carrying heavy loads or driving on uneven roads.

They’re also designed to last. Polybush bushes are resistant to oil, road grime, UV, weather and cracking, making them a great option for a Defender that gets used properly.

And because they’re dry-fit, there’s no need for regular greasing.

The result? A suspension setup that feels tighter, more controlled and more responsive, while still maintaining the comfort you’d expect from a Defender.

Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV: A Bush Worth Checking

If you own a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV Mk3, 2012–2021, worn bushes can become a common source of unwanted movement, noise and vibration as the vehicle gets older.

One area worth checking is the rear motor mount front bracket bush. The original rubber bush is constantly subjected to movement, load, road grime, oil and weather. Over time, the rubber can deteriorate, crack and soften, allowing more movement than the mount was designed for.

This can result in knocks or clunks, increased vibration and a less controlled feel from the drivetrain, particularly when accelerating, braking or changing between different loads.

Replacing the worn bush with a Polybush polyurethane bush provides a more durable alternative to the original rubber component.

The Polybush 17AW is a direct replacement for the original bush and is designed to reduce unwanted movement while maintaining a comfortable driving experience.

It is resistant to oil, chemicals, UV and weather, making it well suited to daily-driven Outlander PHEVs. The dry-fit design also means there is no need for grease.

Manufactured in the UK using Polybush's own polyurethane blend, the 17AW is a straightforward upgrade when the original rubber bush has started to deteriorate.

If your Outlander PHEV is showing signs of excessive movement, knocks or vibration, it could be worth checking the condition of the motor mount bushes.

If you run a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, T2 or Vario, or a VW Crafter, you’ll know that suspension components can take a serious beating. For commercial vehicles, fleets and camper conversions, constantly replacing tired rubber bushes is frustrating, time-consuming and expensive.

That’s where Polybush comes in.

Our 2XA Small Anti Roll Bar Link Bush is designed for the 30mm long tube, while the 2XK Large Anti Roll Bar Link Bush is designed for the 36mm long tube.

Both are made from our durable polyurethane compound and offer a long-lasting alternative to standard rubber. They resist oil, road grime, weathering, and age-related wear, while providing improved control and stability without sacrificing the comfort these vehicles need.

And there’s no grease required. Polybush bushes are designed to be dry-fitted, making installation straightforward and helping to avoid the mess and potential squeaking associated with greased polyurethane bushes.

Whether you’re keeping a working fleet on the road or looking after your pride and joy camper, don’t keep fitting the same rubber bush over and over again.

Do it once. Install Polybush.

Just spent time and money refurbishing your suspension arms? Don’t undo all that hard work when it’s time to install your bushes.

Polybush Softjaws Vice Grips give you a protective barrier between your vice and freshly painted, powder-coated or refurbished suspension components.

They’re magnetic, so they simply snap onto most vices, helping hold everything securely while protecting those newly finished surfaces from marks and damage during bush installation.

And because they can be cut down to suit, you can easily adapt them to the job and get the coverage you need.

It’s a simple workshop upgrade, but one that can save you from having to touch up or refinish a suspension arm you’ve just spent hours restoring.

Protect the finish. Install with confidence.
