We want to breed our labrador but not having much luck finding a stud as it will be poppy 1st litter she is not ready just yet but looking for an owner of a male labrador (must be a registered lab to keep the blood line ) who would be happy to stud

So today me and Tilly (my youngest) went swimming 🌊

We both love it and she's becoming a great 🆂🆆🅸🅼🅼🅴🆁 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️

What happens in the pool is quite difficult as a parent to sit back and watch you have to let them

* Panic slightly till they realise they can do it
* ʙᴇᴄᴏᴍᴇ ᴜɴᴄᴏᴍꜰᴏʀᴛᴀʙʟᴇ ᴛᴏ ʀᴇᴀʟɪꜱᴇ ᴛʜᴇʏ ᴄᴀɴ ʙᴇ ᴄᴏᴍꜰᴏʀᴛᴀʙʟᴇ
* Stretch themselves beyond what they believe is possible

Now what happened with the pool noodle 🆁🅴🅰🅻🅻🆈 🅼🅰🅳🅴 🅼🅴 🆃🅷🅸🅽🅺 🤔

If I set tilly the challenge of swimming a full length she ≋s≋t≋r≋u≋g≋g≋l≋e≋d≋ to even do 5 m ran out of momentum panicked and needed me to grab her !😞

And here’s where the noodle came in 😎🔥🔥🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️

If she had the pool noodle (a little floating tube 😉)in front of her and the goal was to push the float away from her she could easily swim as many lengths as she desired

♕💞 ⓦ𝕒𝐡σ𝓸𝓞𝕆𝓸Ø𝐨 💙🐯

You see the bigger picture looked unachievable, too big, overwhelming, with my daughter having limeting beliefs !!

But

Break the journey up into 【t】【i】【n】【y】 segments, bit by bit, 🪜by🪜
Pushing and pushing with tiny little wins 🏆that felt like she achieved a goal🏆 with every push 🏆I cheered every one 🏆along the way 🏆

The outcome

I think we can all learn a lesson from this that having a destination that’s beyond our comfort can be achieved by taking small steps and celebrating each little step along the way ❤️
