And we’re off in Clifton! 🏗️🔨

Day one on site for a massive transformation that’s going to completely change how this home lives. 🏡

We're tackling a single-storey rear extension and garage conversion to build out that dream open-plan kitchen and dining space, plus sneaking in a much-needed downstairs toilet. 🚾

On top of that, we're adding a side and front single-storey extension for a brand-new utility room and a fresh front entrance.🚪

Plot twist: the existing timber floors downstairs are completely rotted out, so those are getting ripped out too.🪵

There is a whole lot happening on this build, which means we’ll have plenty of behind-the-scenes progress to share with you all as we dig into it.
