Job Title: Joiner / Kitchen Fitter
Location: York & Surrounding Areas
Salary: From £40,000 – £42,000 per annum (based on experience)
Job Type: Subcontractor – Full Time (40 hours per week + overtime)

About the Role:
Carl Winn Joinery Limited is looking for an experienced Joiner / Kitchen Fitter to join our growing team on an ongoing subcontract basis. You’ll be working directly alongside the business owner, Carl Winn, and his small, dedicated team of subcontractors on a wide range of bespoke joinery projects across York and occasionally further afield.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out bespoke joinery, garage conversions, and kitchen installations to a high standard
• Complete 1st and 2nd fix joinery work efficiently and accurately
• Work independently and as part of a small team to deliver outstanding results
• Maintain professionalism and quality throughout each project

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in joinery and kitchen fitting
• A high level of skill and attention to detail
• Pride in workmanship and the ability to deliver a clean, polished finish
• Must have a full driving licence and own tools
• Punctual, reliable, and able to manage workload effectively

What We Offer:
• Full-time work (40 hours per week) with regular overtime opportunities
• Many “job and knock” style projects
• Weekly payments (following a one-week in-hand period)
• Competitive salary from £40,000 – £42,000 per year, depending on experience
