RC Construction-ის მორიგი წარმატებით განხორციელებული პროექტი - 10,000 კვ.მ-ზე მეტი ფართობის საწარმოო სივრცე საგარეჯოში 🏗️
საგარეჯოს რაიონში, გიორგიწმინდას ტერიტორიაზე, შეიქმნა ევროპული სტანდარტების შესაბამისი ინდუსტრიული ინფრასტრუქტურა ორი წამყვანი კომპანიისთვის:
🔹 შპს „ფაუნთეინჰედ ვოლნათს“ - აშენდა კაკლის გადამამუშავებელი საწარმო.
📐 სამშენებლო ფართი: 9,000 კვ.მ.
🔹 შპს „უოლნათ მენეჯმენტ“ - განხორციელდა საფილტრაციო ნაგებობის პროექტირება და მშენებლობა.
📐 სამშენებლო ფართი: 1,200 კვ.მ.
სამუშაო პროცესი მოიცავდა სრულ ციკლს:
✔️ მიწის სამუშაოები;
✔️ მონოლითური რკინა-ბეტონის მოწყობა;
✔️ლითონის კონსტრუქციების დამზადება-მონტაჟი;
✔️სენდვიჩპანელების მოწყობა;
✔️ინდუსტრიული იატაკები;
✔️სრული საინჟინრო კომუნიკაციები: ელექტრომომარაგება, სუსტი დენები, გათბობა-კონდიცირება და ვენტილაცია;
✔️სახანძრო უსაფრთხოების სისტემების მოწყობა;
✔️სანიაღვრე და სადრენაჟე სისტემები.
პროექტის მნიშვნელობა:
შეიქმნა თანამედროვე საწარმოო ეკოსისტემა, რომელიც ხელს უწყობს:

RC Construction Expands Its Track Record with Another Successfully Delivered Industrial Project in Sagarejo
Over 10,000 sq.m of Industrial Manufacturing Space 🏗️
RC Construction has successfully delivered another large-scale industrial project in the Sagarejo Municipality, Giorgitsminda area. The project involved the development of industrial infrastructure built in compliance with European standards for two leading companies.
🔹 Fountainhead Walnuts LLC
Construction of a walnut processing facility
📐 Construction area: 9,000 sq.m
🔹 Walnut Management LLC
Design and construction of a filtration facility
📐 Construction area: 1,200 sq.m
Scope of Works
The project was executed under a full-cycle design-and-build model, encompassing:
✔️ earthworks;
✔️ construction of monolithic reinforced concrete structures;
✔️ fabrication and installation of steel structures;
✔️ installation of sandwich panel systems;
✔️ construction of industrial flooring;
✔️ installation of complete engineering systems, including power supply, low-voltage systems, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation;
✔️ installation of fire safety systems;
✔️ construction of stormwater and drainage systems.
