Last week, Industry Connect Academy (ICA) had an incredible time hosting our Introductory Session on Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), bringing together aspiring professionals, students, and industry enthusiasts eager to explore opportunities within the inspection and integrity management field.
We brought more than just information. We created meaningful conversations, shared industry insights, and provided participants with firsthand exposure to the world of NDT and its critical role across the Oil & Gas, Power, Manufacturing, Construction, and Mining sectors.
From introducing the fundamentals of NDT to discussing career pathways, certification routes, and industry expectations, the session was all about empowering participants with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions about their professional futures.
The enthusiasm, engagement, and curiosity demonstrated throughout the session reaffirmed the growing interest in technical and industrial careers across Ghana and beyond.
