煥然一新的綠色智能建築 赫蘭道4號🏡，擁有6個獨特的公寓，並已(完成)全面的智能家居系統 翻新。每個單位均配備智能照明，窗簾和冷氣控制系統，智能感應器以及室內空氣質量（ ）管理系統。大多數設備都是無線連接的，並且可以使用 📱App 和 #聲控指令，通過智能手機或 進行遠程控制。每個單位中還安裝了可視門禁對講系統。

The smart and green building at 4 Headland Road🏡 has 6 unique flats that have been retrofitted with comprehensive smart home systems. Each apartment is equipped with a smart lighting, curtain and air-conditioning control system, smart sensors, and an indoor air quality (IAQ) management system. Most devices are connected wirelessly and can be controlled remotely via smartphones or iPads, with the Control Free Home 📱app and voice commands. A video door phone system has been installed in each flat as well.

今次介紹項目係位於白石角，海日灣2期超過1300平方英尺嘅3房單位（由 為客户根據日常生活及喜好設計），智能家居成近年大趨勢，設計師亦為戶主建議加入 智能家居2.0融入設計當中，與設計作品互相呼應。

智能家居專員與設計師溝通後，大膽地加入了超過30米的 智能燈帶作為家居的照明系統，方便根據戶主需要及心情嚟調節不同顏色的燈光主題。

燈帶可以將色調從暖黃光變為冷日光，以及因應用戶在睇戲，瞓覺前時調節各種顏色，多達1600萬種彩光選擇。

系統背後透過Control Free 平台無線操控，強大之處是可以與其他第三方系統同時互動，包括：電動窗簾，空調，智能電視和音響設備，無阻客戶選擇。全部設備和系統可以單獨及人手控制，亦可以組合成個人化場景，並通過 Control Free 應用程序進行遠程及預設時間自動控制，將傳統智能家居服務昇華到另一層次。

The stylish apartment of over 1,300 sq.ft. in Centra Horizon (design by Impression Design Workshop Limited) was equipped with over 30 meters of Philips Hue Light Strips to generate light settings with different colours themes. The light strips can turn their color tones from warm to cold, and to any colors desired by the user.

The system can be controlled wirelessly through the Control Free platform, which is also integrated with other systems, including motorized curtains, ACs, TV and AV equipment. These devices and systems can be configured separately or combined into customized scenes and be controlled remotely through the Control Free app.

【灣仔 - 智能家居】

灣仔的這個單位配備了Control Free Home系統，以幫助屋主監控和改善室內空氣質量，並且可以控制單位的所有照明和空調設備。

屋主可以使用Control Free 2.0應用程序以及Apple Siri和Google Assistant的語音命令來控制系統。他們可以根據習慣和喜好去創建不同的場景來個性化他們的智能家居。例如，透過設定「歡迎回家 - 夏天」場景：每當屋主在天氣炎熱時候回家，客廳會打開特定的燈光，將空調設備設置為降溫溫度。還有濕度控制模式可令到空調設備自動化，以防止黴菌生長！

【Smart home in Wan Chai】

This apartment in Wanchai has been equipped with the Control Free Home system to help the owners monitor, improve the indoor air quality and to control all lighting and A/C units within.

The owners can control the system with Control Free 2.0 app, as well as voice commands issued to both Apple Siri and Google Assistant. They have personalized their smart home with the creation of different scenes to fit their habits and preferences – e.g. a 'Welcome Home Summer' scene that turns on specific lights in the living room and sets the A/C units to cool temperature whenever they return home during the hot months, and a humidity control mode that automates A/Cs to prevent mold growth!
