Una AI Fill PDF Editor 是為香港中小組織設計的 AI PDF 編輯工具。登入 Microsoft 365 帳戶，即可上載多頁 PDF，AI 自動偵測所有可填欄位,連文字、剔號、簽名、組織印章一次過放好。

下載時自動分成兩個版本:
filled.pdf 不含印章,保留編輯彈性,方便後續修改;
signed.pdf 連印章,不可再次修改。

組織印章設有指定管理層權限管控，管理員後台逐個授權，隨時可收回，防止濫用。

【Event Recap | "New Era of Digital Education" Practice Sharing Session & AI STEAM EdTech Carnival】

Thank you to the organizers for the invitation! In late April, Una participated in a major educational event held at Ying Wa College. Through keynote speeches and practical sharing sessions, we explored the latest application trends in AI and STEAM education with fellow educators, exchanging hands-on experiences and implementation strategies for digital education.

During the event, we also highlighted two core tools designed to boost teaching efficiency:

【April 2026 Update | Teacher and Student Interface Upgrades】

UnaGPT completed its system upgrade in April. This update focuses on enhancing question processing efficiency and further optimizing the operational workflows for both teachers and students. This video provides a complete demonstration of the teacher and student interfaces, covering practical applications in three subjects: Chinese, English, and Mathematics.

Highlights of this interface update include:
🔹 Student’s User Interface
* Diverse OCR recognition: The platform offers 3 OCR upload methods. The newly integrated "Drawing Board" feature allows teachers and students to handwrite questions and answers directly on an iPad, completing OCR recognition input with a single click.
* Comprehensive AI analysis reports: Introduces a brand-new AI personalized learning analysis interface, accurately presenting learning outcomes across all subjects.

🔹 Teacher’s User Interface
* Simplified upload process: Supports quick question uploading. The new "Image Description" feature allows the system to recognize images directly, meaning teachers no longer need to manually explain image content to the AI, effectively saving lesson preparation time.
* Virtual classroom management: Quickly open a virtual classroom, enabling teachers to effortlessly manage teaching pace and classroom flow.
* Smart class reports: Utilizing clear charts and data, it assists teachers in identifying students' common mistakes and quickly pinpointing both high-performing students and those who need further improvement.
