Corn skin weaving
Corn husk weaving, a traditional handicraft originated from Jilin Province, has a history of nearly a hundred years. With its unique skills and rich cultural connotation, it has become a major specialty of China, and also a bright treasure of Chinese traditional handicrafts.
The raw materials of grass weaving are mainly wheat grass, sorghum straw bark and corn husk.
There are a wide variety of corn skin woven products, including carrying baskets, jewelry boxes, fruit boxes, bread plates, seat cushions, tea pads, slippers, straw carpets, etc. These products are not only practical, but also artistic, fully showing the unique charm of corn skin weaving.

Rattan cane webbing usually refers to rattan webbing made from Chair-cane (rattan peel \ bark). Rattan webbing made from rattan core is called Reed Webbing.

There are elegant looking materials that enhance quality of furniture. Cane webbing is made from rattan strong & flexible , strong enough to support weight of a sitting person and flexible enough to wrap around a women's little finger.

They are uniform and simple to use, good for production of high value furniture in any quantity. Production of cane webbing involved a lot of labor, attention, skill and craftsmanship. Every production steps requires careful hand selection.

Almost all cane webbing's are made in rolls of standard length of 50 feet (15.24 meter) long. The regular width of a roll ranges from 12"inches-(30.5cm), ... to 24"-(61cm). Extra wide rolls, such as 30"(76cm), 36"(91cm) are also available on some common patterns, in different price ranges. Traditionally, value of cane webbing is quoted in U.S. dollar per square foot (or per square meter). Usually 10 rolls of cane webbing of the same size (width) are put together into an export carton for delivery.
