　　華夏城視網絡電視股份有限公司是城市聯合網絡電視台的運營實體。 2011年1月8日華夏城視網絡電視股份有限公司在深圳正式成立，由第一批股東單位，包括14家城市電視台及5家平面媒體共發起，註冊資金1.22億元。截至2011年底，城市聯合網絡電視台成員台及緊密合作媒體達到63家，覆蓋全國26 個省市自治區直轄市。

城市聯合網絡電視台通過共享牌照資源、內容資源和技術資源，降低城市台新媒體建設成本和運營成本，解決城市台發展新媒體所遇到的資金、資源、人才及規模不足等共性問題，快速提升各城市台新媒體的競爭力、品牌影響力、媒體公信力和廣告價值，共同實現自身新媒體戰略。
