近排天氣轉涼，秋高氣爽，正正係合適行山嘅時節🍂我哋天文學會將喺14號舉行一次行夜山嘅活動⛰️各位會員除咗可以到光污染小嘅地方觀星之外，亦都可以享受行山同接觸大自然嘅樂趣🌌又健康又好玩，記得快啲帶埋朋友一齊嚟參加🤩

As the weather has been getting cooler lately, it is perfect for hiking. 🍂 We will be hosting a night hiking activity on 14/11 ⛰️ Besides stargazing in an area with less light pollution, it’s also a wonderful way to recharge in nature and have fun 🤩 so don’t forget to invite your friends to share this experience!

另外，當日夜晚將會出現「超級月亮」。呢個時候嘅月亮距離地球最近，亦顯得月亮相對平日更大同更光👀超級月亮加中秋係一個十年一遇嘅組合，大家不妨去一齊喺科大觀賞呢個罕見的天文現象🥳

Happy Mid-Autumn Festival! 🎉 One month of the semester has already passed, how has your university life been so far? 🧐While the Mid-Autumn Festival is coming,HKUST Astronomy Club is going to hold a moon gazing activity at campus. Whether you‘re a club member or not, everyone is welcome to join! Feel free to walk in and enjoy this year’s Mid-Autumn full moon together 🌕🤩

📅 Date: 7/10 (Wed)
⏰ Time: 20:00 – 21:30
📍 Location: Atrium (outside China Garden)

Moreover, a ”super moon“ will appear that night! The moon will be at its closest point to Earth, making it appear larger and brighter than usual 👀. Enjoying a super moon during the Mid-Autumn Festival is a truly memorable experience. Let’s gather at UST to observe this rare astronomical phenomenon together! 🥳
