A quick job, however we have managed to utilise the space better and add 9 additional workstations along with 10 hot desks!! (Client’s furniture order to arrive month end)

It’s definitely challenging times at the moment but we are happy to report that there’s still a lot of activity happening in Hong Kong. Hopefully this is a sign that we are getting through the recent tough times.

Our latest office finished at Winning Centre, Central, 👍

Even with the disruptions of Covid-19 we still managed to deliver this project on time (within 4 weeks) and on budget.👌

The newly renovated office has utilised the space much better and the client has now managed to upgrade its workstation space by an additional 6-8 desks, as well as adding a phone-booth room.

It’s amazing what can be achieved out of the smaller Hong Kong spaces.

F45 Hong Kong

It was a privilege to be apart of a team delivering one of the fastest growing gym businesses in the world to Hong Kong.

Our first introduction to this concept was through Anthony Clark at the Quarry Bay studio. Immediately we were struck by his passion for the F45 brand and it can be seen through the team and community he has developed.

The second studio we delivered was in Wanchai where we met Stevun Vongtongtip and Ernest Wu. Both Stevun and Ernest share a strong enthusiasm for fitness and have also developed a really close knit team and community throughout their F45 studios.

We are proud to be apart of the F45 Training story in hashtag and we wish both the teams the very best during this tough climate.

It’s times like this that we really understand the importance of fitness, wellbeing and the community that surrounds it 💪🏻
