We were asked to make a special kit with more power for the Aprilia RS 250 of 250 cc that can also be mounted on the Suzuki VJ22 engines, the analysis was done, the selling cost was defined at for a cylinder kit 1500 euros, are therefore necessary for the RS 2 KIT+ tax if due and a minimum order quantity of 20 cylinder kits which corresponds to 10 motorcycles, the price for such a low production quantity is extremely good, the kit includes the cylinder head, piston head cover and pneumatic exhaust valve, anyone who wants can always purchase the part to add to the cylinder to use an electronic one, the cost will not be analyzed before having confirmation of the real interest in this type of cylinder. I now have seven days to determine the real interest. Anyone interested should message via messenger (we do not respond to messages from curious people below). Anyone interested must confirm their interest, knowing that if orders arrive to cover the requested quantity, they will have to pay 50% of the amount. This is known in advance, and we don't want to find people who then make excuses and disappear when it comes to payment. This is out of respect for other customers who are honest. DEA will confirm if the required number is reached, and at that point, invoice information will be requested. If the number is not covered within seven days, the project will be abandoned. Interested parties will be informed that we will not proceed. The time to produce the cylinder kits is three months.
The cylinder kit must be mounted without modifications to the engine; the only modification concerns the exhaust inlet on the cylinder. The dimensions of the exhaust recommended by DEA, which may be manufactured, will be attached.
Ci era stato chiesto di realizzare un kit speciale con più potenza per la aprilia RS 250 di 250 cc che può anche essere montato sui motori Suzuki VJ22 ,l’analisi è stata fatta, è stato definito il costo di vendita per un kit cilindro 1500 euro, sono pertanto necessari per la RS 2 KIT + tax se dovuta e un quantitativo minimo di ordini di 20 kit cilindri che corrisponde a 10 moto, il prezzo per un quantitativo di produzione cosi basso è estremamente buono , nel kit è compreso cilindro testa coperchio testa pistone e valvola pneumatica scarico , chi vorrà potrà sempre acquistare la parte da aggiungere al cilindro per usarne una elettronica il costo non verrà analizzato prima di avere conferme sul reale interesse per questo tipo di cilindro. Ora ho 7 giorni per capire il reale interesse , chi è interessato scriva in messanger , (non rispondiamo a messaggi di curiosi qua sotto) chi è interessato deve confermare un interesse sapendo che se arriveranno gli ordini per coprire la quantità richiesta dovrà versare il 50 % dell’importo, questo si sa prima e non vogliamo trovarci con persone che poi all’atto del pagamento trovino scusanti e spariscono, questo nel rispetto degli altri clienti che sono corretti, sarà DEA a confermare se il numero viene raggiunto e a quel punto verranno chiesti i dati per la fattura, se il numero non sarà coperto in sette giorni il progetto verrà abbandonato, alle persone interessate verrà comunicato che non procederemo, il tempo per realizzazzare i i kit cilindri è di 3 mesi
Il kit cilindri va montato senza modifiche sul motore, l unica modifica riguarda l imbocco delle marmitte sul cilindro, verranno allegate le misure delle marmitte cosigliate da DEA e forse prodotte
