1. DAS Sr. Engineer
Requirement :
• Minimum Bachelor diploma with experience 3 years in Telecommunication
• Experience handling Preventive and Corrective Maintenance site IBC/ DAS
• Experience solving issue in RF DAS (VSWR, RTWP, Low Coverage, etc.)
• Deep Understanding with DAS passive material (HC, DBC, MCM, Splitter, etc)
• Deep Understanding in reading schematic diagram and floorplan
• Understand the basics of issues in CME and FO
• Understand the basics technologies of 2G, 3G, 4G
• Understand Active DAS and 5G's basics technologies is advantages
• Familiar using microsoft office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, outlook, onedrive)
• Great communication skill and able to work in pressure
Jobdesk :
• Checking site condition (Preventive Maintenance) report & Submit to MNO
• Trouble Ticket respon, recover and resolve for all part IBC (FO, CME, RTWP, VSWR, Low Coverage, etc.)
• Trouble Ticket's Penalty reconciliation with MNO
• Trouble Ticket's Penalty reconciliation with partners
• Supervise Join visit with MNO
• Supervise ATP, handling over site & retention
• Supervise dismantle process
• Support commercial for Billing & invoice collection Team
• BAUK/ BAUPS document routing approval & Visual Check Process to MNO
• BAST-1 & BAST 2 review document & approval.

2. DAS WT Peformance
Requirement :
• Minimum Bachelor diploma with experience 3 years in Telecommunication
• Experience handling Walktest all opt IBC/ DAS
• Experience solving issue in Walktest Measument
• Deep Understanding with DAS Configuration and sectorization
• Deep Understanding in reading schematic diagram and floorplan
• Understand the basics of issues in Troubleshoot DAS
• Understand the basics technologies of 2G, 3G, 4G
• Understand Active DAS and 5G's basics technologies is advantages
• Familiar using microsoft office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, outlook, onedrive), and WT software (Tems, Nemo, Actix)
• Great communication skill and able to work in pressure

• Checking WT report report & Submit to MNO
• PresentationWT report to MNO
• Tracker report WT progress update
• Survervise WT team on site
• Koodination with MNO and solving WT Issue on site
• Koodination with SPV DAS to solving WT Issue on site
• Support commercial for Billing & invoice collection Team
• BAUK/ BAUPS document routing approval to MNO
• BAST-1 & BAST 2 review document & approval
