Celebrating 25 Years!

Coinciding with our move to the new 4,200 square metres near zero energy building we have passed our “25 years in Business” anniversary.

This person is responsible for spraying various steel products ranging in size from small assemblies to large chassis
Preparation of products and application of paint using airless air-assisted gun
Ensure all processes and procedures are followed
Ensure that all Health and Safety rules are adhered to at all times
Achieve the highest level of housekeeping standards
Achieving production and quality targets
Plan work to minimise waste of raw materials
Any other tasks and responsibilities that may be delegated from time to time
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience with 2 pack paint
Strong attention to detail
Conscientious and meticulous in approach to work
Ability to adhere to quality procedures, disposal of waste procedures & sign-off work

Tacking & welding of mild steel assemblies of various sizes
Ensure all processes and procedures are followed
Essential
Previous experience with MIG & MAG welding
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
