This is a little job weve been working on lately.
15 parts made from 304 stainless steel with a straight edge knurl. We used a 0.3mm diameter cutter with a 5.5mm reach to get down along this face.

We have been lucky enough to get a contract to modify ceiling panels for a new hospital build. A few hundred later and this is the last batch out the gap. Everything done on time and new hospital lights get turned on today.

This morning we had a rush job in to have ready for fitting in a pharmaceutical factory early tomorrow morning. This batch of guides are made from ptfe material which was a special order to have a blue pigment added rather than using the common white type.

We had some nice run time this weekend getting all these parts ready to head to our military based customer.

It's been quiet the busy weekend here getting 6 of these large plates manufactured for a customer in the automotive assembly industry.

With the TOV grant's available we said no better time to get our new web page up and running. With a crazy amount of time and effort put into this we are gladly done and dusted. Hope you guys like our presentation
