We’re on RTÉ news ☀️

We’re thrilled to be part of this national conversation with RTÉ on where energy is heading next! The conversation is changing from sustainability alone to security and independence. And that’s a powerful turning point.

Proud to have our directors Donal Gibbons and Juliana Erkkonen contribute to this conversation!

Really proud of what we’re building here and the people behind it. Big thanks to the All Ireland Business Foundation for the recognition, and to everyone who’s supported us along the way.
We’re only getting started 💛

☀️ The more energy we can produce ourselves, the less exposed we are to global instability.
💡 Energy independence is becoming just as important as sustainability.

The situation in the Middle East might feel far away from Ireland, but it can still affect our electricity prices.
A large amount of the world’s oil and gas passes through a narrow shipping route called the Strait of Hormuz. When tensions rise in that region, global energy markets react quickly.

Because Ireland still relies heavily on gas to generate electricity, increases in global gas prices can push electricity costs up here too.

⚡️ It’s a reminder of how connected the energy system really is and why investing in local renewable energy matters more than ever.

Sun came out at perfect time so we took the opportunity to test the drone camera and capture this recent installation from above ☀️

This system is estimated to cover 95% of the customer’s annual energy usage, with projected life time net savings of €35,220 after the full system cost has been taken out.
