Just taking a trip down memory lane while parked outside a housing scheme we worked on a couple of years back.

I still remember when the developer came to me with a challenge – the houses were nice, but they were built quite close together, and they needed something to stand out. He wanted that extra "wow factor" to help them sell faster.

So, what did we do? We added some simple but elegant touches – moldings under the bay windows and chrome details over the windows and doors. It wasn't a huge job, but it made a huge difference.

💥 The result? The houses hit the market and were gone in no time – way above what the developer had hoped for. A couple thousand euros' worth of work ended up adding €30,000 to €40,000 in value per house! Sometimes, it's those little things that really bring a project to life.

💡 It’s moments like this that remind me how much of an impact small changes can make. I love seeing clients get real value for their investment – it’s what makes the work worth it!
