Accessibility needs meant this clients bath needed to be replaced with a spacious and easy to enter shower enclosure.

Enclosure, seat and tiling fitted as well as fitting a heated towel rail in a new location, as the old
space was was no longer an option.

Finished job in Blackrock last week

- New bath fitted in the opposite position to old bath
- tiles around bath removed, waterproof tanking installed and new tiles fitted
- new tiling on opposite wall to allow fitting of new shower connected to shower pump
- new shower screen
- new radiator
- boxing and bath panel installed to finish the job

Cold water storage tank replacement in Glenageary last week.

VERY old open stainless steel tank was corroding from the inside out, supplying water to 3 commercial properties that was full of rust and other pollutants!

Replaced with a 300 gallon plastic tank with new supply valve and lids to prevent any further dirty water supply as well as pipework to and from the tank tidied up and valves added.
