Since its installation in April, the TOMRA R1 bulk-feed reverse vending machine at Costcutter O’Brien, Cork has now collected over 1 million drink containers!

We stopped by to chat with store owner Anthony O’Brien and Store Manager Colin Manning, who shared how delighted they are with the positive response from customers.

Another Reverse Vending Machine has found a new home! ♻️🎉

We're delighted to welcome Duffy's XL, Eyrecourt, Co. Galway to Ireland's Deposit Return Scheme with the installation of their new TOMRA B5 Reverse Vending Machine.

Building a stronger culture together 💡

Earlier this month, our team at TOMRA Collection Ireland came together for our Culture & Values Workshop in Dublin. The session built on the conversations started in our last workshop, giving everyone the chance to collaborate, share ideas, and define what our culture looks like in action.

We also took a deeper look at the results of our late-2025 Gallup survey, discussing our strengths and identifying opportunities to grow as a team.

A strong culture doesn’t happen by chance, it’s something we build together through everyday actions, collaboration, and open conversations.

⛳♻️ Supporting the Women’s Irish Open Through Sustainable Action

At TOMRA Collection Ireland, we are proud to support the Irish Women’s Golf Open, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and to the continued growth of women’s sport in Ireland.

♻️👏 Leading the way for clubs across Ireland!

Kill GAA Club in Co. Kildare has become the first GAA club in Ireland to install a Reverse Vending Machine powered by TOMRA technology as part of the Deposit Return Scheme.

This is sustainability going beyond retail. By placing an RVM at the club, Kill GAA is turning a local sports ground into a community recycling hub, while inspiring other clubs to follow their lead.

A brilliant example of how DRS belongs in the heart of the community. Well done to everyone involved! 💚

Great to see ’s refurbished Monread store setting new standards following its reopening late last year 👏

The store made history as the first ALDI outlet in Ireland to introduce the TOMRA R1 multi-feed reverse vending machine, allowing customers to return multiple DRS containers in one go faster, easier, and more convenient.

We are very proud to support the Aldi Team on this fantastic step forward for retail and recycling in Ireland 💙🌍
