Solar panels installed at our facility are helping generate clean electricity as part of a wider renewable energy initiative across three Dublin sites.
Delivered through a partnership with Certa Ireland , Alternative Energy Ireland- AEI , and Wewise, the project is helping businesses transition to renewable energy while reducing environmental impact.
At A.C. Manufacturing Ltd, we’re proud to support initiatives that contribute to more sustainable manufacturing and help drive progress towards a lower-carbon future.

This session explores how the innovative 25mm insulation system helps overcome space constraints on site while maintaining exceptional fire performance (EI60–EI180).
With in-house manufacture and insulation options, it also supports the growing demand for off-site construction.

💜 DIY SOS: The Big Build Ireland 💜
On Sunday evening, we were so proud to see the season opener of DIY SOS: The Big Build Ireland (RTÉ One) featuring the incredible story of 9-year-old Cayden and his family in Killinarden, Tallaght.
Cayden is the son of our colleague Ron here at A.C. Manufacturing, and we were honoured to support the project in helping create a home that meets his needs.
We are proud to have played a small part in this life-changing transformation alongside Baz Ashmawy, the DIY SOS team, and the many volunteers and suppliers who gave their time and skills.
This episode is a true reminder of the power of community, compassion, and coming together to make a real difference.
💜 Well done to everyone involved – and to Cayden and his family, we wish you every happiness in your new home.
