Controls upgrade in Bluebellwoods, Oranmore, Co. Galway. Basic timeclock removed, EPH smart radiator valves, smart hot water cylinder valve with remote thermostat probe and smart EPH controller fitted. This system allows each radiator to be controlled by time and temperature separately, which was very useful in this estate as the bathroom radiator is piped into the hot water zone which meant if you just wanted to heat water during the summer you would have to turn off this radiator.
The EPH smart radiator valves allow a higher standard of control while also providing cost of running reduction due to not needing to heat rooms you aren’t using or overheating other rooms just to get that north facing room warm.
You can also set the temperature to be lower for going to bed and then warmer in morning making it easier to get out of your cosy bed.
All can be controlled via the radiator valve, main controller and an app on your phone.
Boiler serviced by one of our gas registered electricians. All done in the one day.

Heating Controls upgrade in Reilean, Roscam, Galway. Standard Controls removed EPH 3 zone controller (EPH controls have 5 year warranty) with wireless thermostats with booster button with app control which allows you to set the temperature of your heating from your phone and also allowing you to only turn on the heating when you want it not only when it’s timed to be on and you may not be in the house. This will save a lot on the heating usage which with cost of Gas & Oil at the moment will save money.

Non working Worcester boiler removed, Ideal Logic Max (10 year warranty) high efficiency condensing gas boiler with magnetic filter fitted. 3 EPH motorized zone valves (5 year warranty) fitted. Gas boiler replacement in Caireal Mor, Headford road, Galway. Non working 20 year old Worcester combi (heats hot water only when you open the tap) replaced with an Ariston combi high efficiency condensing gas boiler with a great 8 year manufacturer warranty. A magnetic filter was fitted to stop magnetite and debris from reaching the boiler, 2 new EPH motorized zone valves fitted (5 year warranty).

Ei carbon monoxide alarm fitted that cuts power to the boiler in case of issues with the extended boiler flue. New filler loop fitted.
All done in the one day.
