Another porcelain patio completed just before Christmas🎯
Eco drains put in and piped into existing manhole for drainage , grass dug out + removed and this very popular style patio of himalayan white porcelain tiles laid with a contrasting charcoal tegula brick boarder. This tile brightens up any area and is very easy to clean making it low maintenance , would highly recommend!

Swipe for full walkthrough of this hammerstone beige porcelain patio!

The old patio was failing and unsafe and the customer wanted to fully gut out the area and start from scratch leaving nothing but the pond there.

We got to work digging the site and completed a full demo including knocking the wall where the services were, building a manhole and putting in a recess lid to hide the manhole but still allow access. All ground was then stoned up and compacted correctly to ensure long lasting results.

2 L shaped rows of granite kerbs were put in to create 3 levels to this patio and we used a granite cobble to act as a boarder at ground level. At the end of the project the customer asked for another granite step at the door which we happily completed.

All slabs are laid on a sand and cement mix and painted with sbr primer glue on the back so they will last a lifetime! Grouted with Flowpoint to make sure the grout never cracks or comes out of the joints.

Both the customer and myself couldn’t be happier with how this job turned out , went exactly to plan and the pond is a nice effect.

More brick paving completed recently!

The old timber decking that was here had started to rot and become dangerous. The customer decided to rip it out and install this stunning brick paving patio.

A granite step was put in first and paved , followed by 65 sqm of Tobermore bricks. The main body of the patio is a Sienna mid grey brick with a 100mm granite square boarder to add contrast and tie in with the step. Sanded afterwards with a fine granite sand to ensure a solid base.

🎉Celebrating 1 year in business🎉

I’m extremely grateful to be able to say I have 1 year under my belt as a construction business owner at 24 years old. A lot of work was put into setting up and running and it’s very rewarding to see it was the right move after a hectic year full of projects of all sizes.

🧱Brick paving patio recently completed🧱

Wall cappings from Chapterstone fitted , 24 sqm of Tobermore Tegula paving laid and 5 concrete pads installed for the brackets shown in the picture to be bolted into. Pergola is now ready to go!

Customer couldn’t be happier with the finished product here and is delighted to have a bright, clean area in their garden💯

Full garden project✅

It’s always great to be given a blank canvas to work with. Himalayan white porcelain tile patio with charcoal tegula brick boarder. Base put in for shed in the corner which was fitted by Watters Garden Sheds. Brick boarders fitted around edges to create beds for plants to go in and decorative stone. Finally a curved decorative stone path leading from the patio to the shed.

Really enjoyable project and I’m grateful to have been given the freedom to do what I thought would look best with the garden🙌🏻

Customer approached me saying that they wanted a paved area that catches the sunlight all day roughly 25sqm in size.

They were set on porcelain tiles and said they liked a grey colour scheme so I recommended an earthcore grey porcelain slab with a charcoal tegula brick boarder and it came together nicely👌🏻

The increasingly popular outdoor porcelain tiles are lovely to work with and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a low maintenance patio.

Swipe to upgrade fence…

This old timber fence was rotting and collapsed in many places so it was time for a replacement.

Replaced it with 14 sections of the stunning Elite Fence at 4 foot height consisting of olive green panels and buttermilk trellis for a classy finish.

Followed the gradient of the driveway to give it a continuous slope and the customer couldn’t be happier with the finish.

A sturdy maintenance free steel fence that is built to last and catches the eye! The quality of this product is top class and very easy to work with 👏🏻

👁PORCELAIN EYE👁

This customer approached me and said they wanted to match the curve of their flowerbed and form an eye shaped patio. They were set on porcelain slabs so I recommended a dark brick boarder to add detail!

There was a lot of work in this one as all the slabs had to be cut at straight angles first to fit the size of the area and then once they were laid and set the fine curve was shaped and cut again.

Enjoyed the challenge of this one and the customer couldn’t be happier🙌🏻

I was given a blank canvas on this one and worked with the customer to bring a Pinterest image to life. 📸

The ground was dug out and taken away, w**d membrane put down everywhere and sleek granite cobbles were used to shape the seating area, path and flower beds! All trees, plants and hedging were planted by myself also. This lovely decorative stone really brightened up the garden and the half moon shaped seating area and flower bed fit the space perfectly.

Another happy customer ready to enjoy their garden in the summer ☀️
