Livingroom transformed in time for Christmas ! New laminate floor fitted media wall built walls panelled and new skirts and arcs! Im a wee but jealous of this one

Couple recent jobs
extension roofed in along side bell building, steels set rafters cut in along with triple valley rafters tieing in with existing new lead work done on the valleys, felt lath and reslated and new velux fitted in existing roof
Some fitted wardrobes in another renovation project done also,

Hallyway transformed last weekend outside Banbridge, old grotty carpet ripped up and replaced with a lovely herringbone laminate, arcs trimmed around to give more depth for modern shaker style panelling , backing board required on this panelling as walls were in bad shape from previous works will look that part when all painted and papered 👌🏻

Recent stair refurb done in Laurelvale old handrail spindles baserail and knewell posts took out and replaced with new sleek modern square edge wood work, and finished up with glass to complete the modern look , hall stairs and landing also panelled up with a nice simple shaker panelling 👌🏻

70 meters of fence supplied and fitted to divide these property’s in donacloney, 30 meters of d rail fence between the driveways and 40 meters of 6ft fence to give each house some privacy also had to install 16 meters of road kerb up the drive aswell, all tar patched back in where needed and everything left clean and tidy , some weeks work, nice to get back on the chisels this week rather than the spade 🙈🤣

Small renovation job completed recently outside portadown , block walls removed that were seperating a small living room kitchen and entrance hall opening all up into one big living kitchen area! One wall was supporting so flitch beam made and fitted in attic space to support roof purling, open fire broke out for stove, new harth fitted and some nice stone cladding finished around the inside , all re plastered in making walls good, all re trimmed out with new entrance door fitted with glass surround leaving great light flow throughout house and homeowner decided to change the remaining doors of the house while I was there

Recent bathroom renovation recently completed in Magheralin , old bathroom striped out, first fix joinery in preparation for plumbing and electrical first fix including recess in shower and behind bath and all grounds that were required fitted, all closed up, shower tanked, 3 walls and floor including wet room floor tiled , feature wall panelled including led strip light in long recess , 2nd fix plumbing works done , new door with new frame arcs handles, latch and locks! New spot lights and inline fan fitted ! Think this one turned out unreal! 👌 all trades provided and organised for smooth turn around! Thanks to Glebe Plumbing Services Douglas Tiling and Keith Jones for electrical work
