๐ Mental Health Awareness Week ๐
This week, we marked Mental Health Awareness Week by hosting a Lunch & Learn session, both in person and online, bringing colleagues together to focus on this yearโs theme: Action.
The theme highlights the importance of the everyday steps we can take to support our mental health - individually and together.
The session provided practical guidance on supporting mental health, creating positive habits, and recognising the importance of self-care.
We also held a breakout session where employees completed a self-management and reflection worksheet, taking time to pause, reflect, and consider small actions that can make a meaningful difference.
