▪️ Installation of storm water piping , Gully pots , Soak away ,adjustment of existing Aj’s and gully traps

▪️ W**d control system

▪️ Installation of new sub base of 804 and fine aggregate screening to regulate

▪️ 7x5 pressed kerbing to form driveway boundary

▪️ Granite kerbing to form raised plating areas and boarders to from and rear of property

▪️ Decorative gravel to front road side aprons

▪️Surface course of SMA “ Stone Mastic Asphalt “
