Zickel Engineering is now hiring development engineer for multidisciplinary aviation and robotics projects
The position covers all stages of the development of hardware for a product, from concept, proof of feasibility, construction of prototypes, transfer to production and to delivery to the customer, and will include:
-Mechanical product development
-Product documentation and construction of production portfolios
-Transition from development to production
-Working with suppliers (including travel to suppliers if necessary)
-Inclusion of mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic, and battery systems
-Experiments/testing (occasionally will include experiments on different sites)
-Analyzing test results and writing reports
Requirements:
-Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering
-Full control of Solidworks or Onshape software
-Previous experience in transfer from development to production
-High level English
-Experience with Matlab / Simulink / Python
-Experience in writing experiment reports and accompanying -experiments in the field
-Full control of Microsoft Office applications
-Knowledge and understanding of production processes and material selection
