במסגרת חגיגות 40 שנה למכון המחקר מיגל, יתקיים ליל המדענים בסימן "מרעיון למציאות" ביום ה', 19/9/19 י"ט אלול תשע"ט בין השעות 17:00-21:00, בכיכר צה"ל קריית שמונה.
כבכל שנה הארוע במיגל יהיה מדעי, מעניין, ושמח! מוזמנים להצצה אל עולם המדע האזורי שלנו מפגש בגובה העיניים עם מדענים ומדעניות, הרצאות, הופעות, ניסויים, סדנאות חווייתיות ופעילויות מדע לילדים. הפעילויות מותאמות למגוון גילים והכניסה לכל האירועים ללא תשלום.
החוקרים וצוות מיגל יוצאים מהמעבדות ומגיעים ללב הקהילה! כחלק מהחזון ומהאסטרטגיה של מיגל האירוע יתקיים בכיכר צה"ל בקריית-שמונה. המרכז המסחרי הוותיק ייהפך לכיכר מדע שופעת פעילויות אינטראקטיביות עם הקהל: ניסויים, סדנאות, הדגמות, הרצאות ומעגלי שיח. יוצגו תוצרי למידת חקר של תלמידי מצויינות מדעית המרכז האקדמי לנוער -מיגל ומכללת תל- חי. הרצאות מפי חוקרי מיגל יתקיימו בהיכל התרבות, בבתי קפה ובארים באזור. תערוכה בשיתוף מוזיאון האדם הקדמון אשר תספר את הרעיון מאחורי הקמת המוזיאון, מרגע החזון ועד ליישומו.
השנה האירועים והרצאות יתקיימו בחמישה מוקדים!

החלום שלנו להפוך את העולם למקום טוב ובריא יותר! ובשביל כך, אנחנו צריכים את העזרה שלכם.

Meet the TEAM ⭐️

Liad Klein

Liad lives in Moshav Beit Hillel, “now and forever, because the North is such a huge part of who I am,” he says. Currently he is a third-year student in Education and Economics. “I chose Education because I love to work with youth and help in their development, and I find Economics to be a fascinating subject from which I reap a great deal of knowledge. I decided to pursue studies at Tel-Hai because it’s the only place that really listens and appreciates you, which in my opinion is most important. I joined the iGEM 2019 team with the hope that we can help society in many ways and acquire more knowledge. My main contribution is to provide the marketing and economic aspect, further impacting the project and raising it to even greater heights".

Yael Cohen Eick

Yael Cohen Eick, originally from Givat Ela in the Jezreel Valley, now resides in Kiryat Shmona. She is in her third year of studies in Biotechnology in the pre-med track. “I chose to study in Tel-Hai due to the unusual pre-med track and also because I really enjoy the North and the quiet that is unique to the periphery. I joined the iGEM2019 team because it is an exceptional opportunity to experiment with research, gain knowledge beyond undergraduate studies and to contribute to society, while creating international contacts and collaborations. My personal contribution to the project is critical thinking, curiosity, and laboratory work.”

Eden Asraf

Eden originally from Ashdod but now living in Kiryat Shmona, is a third-year student of biotechnology in the pre-med track. “I chose to study at Tel-Hai because of the pleasant environment and also because of the educational program. I believe that every stage in life is an experience and you need to make the most out of it. The environment at Tel-Hai was a crucial factor in considering and choosing my educational institution. Because I’m very competitive by nature and I enjoy challenges plus the magic of collaboration and contributing, I’m participating in iGEM2019. I bring creativity, ambition, a desire to win, and my ability to contribute to the work in the lab.”

Adi Yochai

Adi is originally from Kiryat Ono but now resides in Beit Hillel. She is in her third year of study towards a degree in nutrition. “I came to Tel-Hai to study nutrition because I heard that the department’s lecturers are exceptional. The pleasant and peaceful atmosphere is a bonus! I joined the project because I wanted to experiment with the scientific process from the beginning of the development of an idea to achieving results! You also get to experience the marketing and entrepreneurial angle that exists in every idea you wish to develop.”
