Embedded into the ball, the Pressure Relief Device allows bidirectional sealing in a full pressure rating and controlled release when over-pressurized.

Hydrogen Service Double Block and Bleed (DBB) - DS Valve FHB47 is a standard product in Habonim's Catalogue.

These valves will be used for process dryers. The normal temperature (32°F -500°F) and pressure will be 400 PSIG at 70°F, during regen, they will see around five psig and up to temperatures of 500°F, which is the outlet of the heater.

Emergency Shutdown System Valves for LNG Applications.

This unique solution is one of Habonim's standard products. The Fire Block Valve (FBV), with its compact footprint, is the top choice for LNG Emergency Shut Down (ESD) systems. In the picture below, there is the 2" Class #400 (70 bar, 1015 psi) C47 Series Cryogenic Floating Ball 3 Piece Valve with a C30 CompAct Actuator.

Why should you use the FBV for your applications?
* Automatic Shut Down during fire​ (Emergency protection)​
* Dual Operation (Manual and Automatic)​
* The same valve for both operating the line during normal operation and closing the line during an emergency​ situation
* Achieve a stroke time of less than 1 second with high torque valves.

• בדיקות אנליטיות XRF , בדיקות NDT (אולטרסוניות) , OES
