The SMMA Model by Nidhi Engineers combines a single-effect forced circulation ev***ration plant with an Agitated Thin Film Dryer. This powerful system ev***rates effluent water and provides dry salt continuously using thermal energy, either steam or thermic fluid, as a heating media.

Application and various product concentrations, the SMMA Model is ideal when the feed must not contain any flammable or explosive elements. However, if High Boiler COD is present in the MEE Feed, installing ATFD is not recommended.Hereโs how the system works: Primary treated effluent water is fed into the MEE plant, where water ev***ration occurs under vacuum. Water v***r is condensed and recovered for reuse, while the concentrate outlet is fed to ATFD. The ATFD isolates the balanced water from the salt through ev***ration, achieving salt with less than 3% moisture content continuously. This dry salt is then collected, packed, and sent to a Solid Dumping Site, achieving Zero Liquid Discharge effectively.
The SMMA Model offers single-point operation, allowing you to operate the plant from a single position while itโs running. All controls, including pumps, blowers, and VFD, are conveniently located in the Control Panel. RTD sensors display temperature and vacuum readings for various points, and visual inspection is facilitated through Mechanical Displays like Pressure Gauges, Temperature Gauges, and Vacuum Gauges. For better data monitoring, multifunctional meters are provided.
