We are finding a capable Technical Manager Who having Excellent Experience in NABL Labs. Total Experience required 10 to 15 years. Salary would be negotiable as per Interview.


Major Requirement
Technical Candidate should have Excellent knowledge in Universal Length Measuring Machine & Gauge Block Calibrator.
Tasks
 Measurement & Uncertainty.
 Responsible for implementing and monitoring of the quality system in accordance to ISO/IEC
17025:2017.
 Implementation of correct process as defined in SOPs.
 Resolve Customer complaints with satisfactory
 Dealing NABL calibration to customer
 Documentation for Internal & External NABL Audit as per ISO 17025:2017
 Uncertainty Measurement as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017
Responsible for NC closure raised during audits.
Responsible for accreditation renewal.

Other Capability
Capable in making Quality System Procedure & Quality Manual.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. To create a good working environment in the laboratory and to create harmonious inter
laboratory working relations.
2. Planning laboratory’s work in advance and allocate the test samples to the scientists based
on their competency.
3. Responsible for checking the integrity of results, methods, raw data calculation, logbook
entries and signature of Scientists and signing the reports before forwarding the reports to reporting section.

4. Responsible for appropriate corrective action taken by proper root cause analysis to prevent Reoccurrence of non-conformance arose.

As we all are aware that Aviation sector was at hold for almost two months in this pandemic situation. In the mean time our labours suffered a lot too.
So considering the labour's pain I have penned down few lines to show their devastating and heart shattering situation which is sung by our most talented friend Mr Aditya Anand. It was written and sung in very short time. So, mistakes will be there.
